2. How about your company’s pre-sales service and after-sales service?

Answers: before our cooperation, we will offer u good understanding about our machines, 

also we can inform you more about this machine’sfinished products’ production

 process to ensure you can get more interests after using this machine. After sales service,

we will offer 12 months’ repairing service, and provide lifelong follow-up services. 

Besides, our engineers are available for going abroad to offer the repairing service.

3. Do your company have some qualifications?

Answers: all machines/lines are produced by our company will pass ISO 9001-

2000. If the machines exported to your country need CE certificate, 

we also can provide this certificate for your Customs Clearance Service.

4. How many countries your machines were exported to?

Answers: our machines were ever exported to Russia, Iran, India, Vietnam, 

Thailand, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, 

Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Mexico...etc.

5. Can your company offer OEM service(put our brand on your machines)?

Answers: this OEM service is available, also color of machines will be up to customers’ selection.

6. Could you kindly inform me more about the brands of electrical parts installed in 

controlling cabinet and machine’s body?

Answers: imported brand electrical spare parts we are using: Mitsubishi, Siemens, 

Omron, Atos..etc. This specified brand of spare parts will be decided by our buyers, which

are related to the price of machines.

7. Are your company a factory?

Answers: our company is a factory, and has the ability to design and produce machines

according to your requirements for you.
