AUTOMATIC SPINDLE FACE VENEER PEELING LINE:

Description of automatic spindle face veneer peeling line:

The whole automatic line is composed of the horizontal spindle veneer peeling machine, servo

veneer clipper machine and vacuum adsorption veneer stacking machine. After the wood is rotary

cut into certain thickness face veneer, it is cut out certain size by the veneer clipper machine,

and the spindle peeling speed and clipper machine conveying speed we realized it is same, so

the final size cut by the clipper machine will be very accurate. After clipper, the veneers will be

stacked automatically at last, the whole process is continuous and automatic.

Features of this spindle peeler line:

1. this line except the wood log charger, all is automatic, can save 6 labors at least;

2. clipper machine using servo controlling system, cutting size more accurate;
